Last one is best, but you might choose to flip the background image vertically, so that the doll is on the left and the title on the right, so that her hands are pointing to the right (ie. the leading horizon) rather than the left, and the title is in the "hotspot" of the upper-right quadrant. The reason I would choose this one over the others is because the visible ocean is good, and the text is more readable than the others. However, I might ask if that's a screen font vs. a print font, meaning that it may be less readable on a background image. Overall, nice concept and good work.
